Members only
This form has to be submitted by an active member. If a guest registers themselves, they may not be admitted at the door. Not a member yet? Join first, then come back.
Four Steps, Two Minutes
Register your guest ahead of the meeting date so they are on the list when they arrive.
Pick the Meeting
Check the events calendar for the next member meeting date, then have it ready before you start.
Submit Their Details
Your name as the sponsoring member, plus your guest’s name, phone, email, and city.
We Add Them to the List
A volunteer confirms the registration. If anything is missing we will contact you, not your guest.
Arrive Together
Meet your guest at the door and introduce them. Being brought in by someone is the whole point.
Submit at least 48 hours before the meeting where you can. Later than that, call (941) 888-0135 so we can add them by hand.
Sponsored Guest Form
Only members can submit this form or the guest may not attend
What to Tell Them Before They Come
Most people have never been to a meeting like this and do not know what they are walking into. A short heads-up makes the difference between a guest who comes once and one who comes back.
No Cost
Guests do not pay anything, and there is no expectation they join. Dues are for members and are voluntary even then.
No Speaking Required
They can sit, listen, and leave. Nobody is called on and nobody has to introduce themselves to the room
County Business First
Meetings cover what is on the next agenda, what we published, and what needs volunteers. Then a guest speaker or open floor.
Questions Welcome
Disagreement is fine and useful. We ask that it stay civil and that claims come with something to check them against.
You Do Not Need a Sponsor for Everything
Sponsorship applies to member meetings. Candidate forums, town halls, and public seminars are open to any resident, no form and no invitation needed.
If you want into the member meetings, joining is free and takes about two minutes.
